Soooo Helpful

I've been taking milk thistle for a while and thought I'd try this one. It's about the same in size as any other brand but I do like that you only have to take one capsule. My alt and ast numbers are lower than when I started taking and consistent lower. I even recommended to my grandmother who has had issues with her liver enzymes!
